New Delhi. The decision of repealing of three agriculture acts by honourable Prime Minister seems to be a right decision to avoid unwarranted controversies and conflicts. Such type of arrogant attitude of these so-called farmer leaders is not beneficial for the small farmers of our country in the long run, which comprises nearly 90% of farming community.

Badri Narayan Chaudhary, General Secretary said that Corrected version of these acts, as suggested by the BKS, would have been more beneficial for the largest number of farmers of our country. Honourable prime Minister also emphasized in his statement to make MSP more effective and for that a committee will be constituted. Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, with a suggestion to include representation from non-political farmer’s organisation in this committee, welcomes this decision also. In totality, Bharatiya Kisan Sangh is of this opinion that farmers are exploited to the maximum in the markets only and so the solution to that is to develop a guaranteed system to ensure farmers a profitable price for their agricultural produces.
