மத்திய அரசின் திட்டமான நாடு முழுவதும் ஒரே நாடு ஒரே ரேஷன் கார்டு திட்டத்தை அமல்படுத்த கோர்ட் உத்தரவு.

நாடு முழுவதும் ஒரே நாடு ஒரே ரேஷன் கார்டு திட்டத்தை மத்திய அரசு கடந்த ஆண்டு அமல்படுத்தியது. இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் மூலம் வெளி மாநிலத் தொழிலாளர்கள், தங்களுக்குரிய ரேஷன் பொருட்களை நாட்டில் உள்ள எந்த ரேஷன் கடையில் இருந்தும் வாங்க முடியும். தங்களின் சொந்த மாநிலங்களில் என்ன பெறமுடியுமோ, அவற்றை வெளிமாநில ரேஷன் கடைகளில் இருந்தும் பெற முடியும்.

இதனை தமிழக அரசு உள்பட பல்வேறு மாநிலங்கள் ஏற்று, அமல்படுத்தியுள்ளன. ஆனால், ஒருசில மாநிலங்கள் அதனை ஏற்க மறுத்து விட்டன. இது தெடர்பான வழக்கு உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் நடைபெற்று வந்தது. நேற்று விசாரணையின்போது, ஒரே நாடு, ஒரே ரேஷன் திட்டத்தை ஜூலை 31ஆம் தேதிக்குள் அமல்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்று மாநில அரசுகளுக்கு உச்சநீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், தேசிய தகவல் மையத்துடன் இணைந்து, புலம்பெயர் தொழிலாளர்கள் மற்றும் அங்கீகரிக்கப்படாத மக்கள் குறித்த கணக்கெடுப்பு செய்து வலைதளத்தில் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும் மத்திய அரசுக்கு உச்சநீதிமன்றம் வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளது.
