நோய்நாடி நோய்முதல் நாடி அதுதணிக்கும்
வாய்நாடி வாய்ப்பச் செயல். (திருக்குறள் – 948)

அதாவது.. “நோயை ஆராய்ந்து பின் அது வருவதற்குரிய காரணத்தை ஆராய்ந்து பின் அதனை நீக்கும் வழியை ஆராய்ந்து பின் செய்யும் நெறிமுறை தவறாமல் செய்க.” என்பது வள்ளுவர் வாக்கு.

அலோபதி மருந்துகளை தொடர்ந்து உட்கொண்டால் தற்காலிகமாக வலி நிவாரணம் கிடைத்தாலும் பல மோசமான பக்கவிளைவுகள் ஏற்பட்டு உயிருக்கு ஆபத்தாக விடும்.
ஆனால் இயற்கை வைத்திய முறையில் நோய்க்கு மருந்து கொடுட்பதற்கு அப்பால் சிந்தித்து, நோய்க்கான காரணத்தை ஆய்வு செய்து அதனை தீர்த்தால் நீண்ட காலம் ஆரோக்கியமாக வாழலாம்.

பெட்ரோல் விசயத்தில் அதைத்தான் செயல்படுத்துகிறது மோடி தலைமையிலான மத்திய அரசு.

நம் நாட்டில் நாளுக்கு நாள் பெட்ரோல் வாகனங்கள் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. பெட்ரோலுக்கான கச்சா எண்ணெய் வெளிநாடுகளில் இருந்து இறக்குமதி செய்வதால் நமது அந்நிய செலாவணி அதிகமாக செலவிடப்படுகிறது.

அதனைக் குறைக்கும் நோக்கில்
FAME-II (Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Electric vehicles – second phase) என்ற திட்டத்தை உருவாக்கி
பேட்டரியில் இயங்கும் இருசக்கர வாகனங்கள் உற்பத்தியை பெருக்க திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அதன்படி பேட்டரியில் இயங்கும் இருசக்கர வாகனங்களுக்கான மானியம் அதிகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

1 KWh க்கு ரு.10,000 என இருந்த மானியத்தை 50% உயர்த்தப்பட்டு ரூ,15,000 மானியமாக வழங்கப்படும்.

வாகனத்தின் விலையில் 20% வரை மானியம் என்று முன்பு இருந்த உச்ச வரம்பு இப்போது 40% ஆக உயர்த்தப் பட்டுள்ளது.

2019-2022 இடையிலான 3 ஆண்டு காலத்திற்கான FAME -II திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த ரூ.10,000 கோடி பட்ஜெட் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

லித்தியம் பேட்டரி மற்றும் அதை விட நவீன பேட்டரிகளால் இயங்கும் மின்சார வாகனங்களை ஊக்கப்படுத்தவே இத்திட்டம்.

இவற்றுக்கான Battery Charging centres முக்கிய நகரங்களில் 2700 இடங்களில் அமைய உள்ளது.
அதாவது ஒவ்வொரு 3 கிமீ.இடைவெளியில் அவை அமையும்.

அதே போல் முக்கிய நகரங்களை இணைக்கும் நெடுஞ்சாலைகளில் 25 கி.மீ. இடைவெளியில் Battery Charging centres நிறுவப்படும்.

நாட்டின் பொருளாதாரம் மேம்பட. உள்நாட்டில் தொழில் வளம் பெருகி வேலை வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகரிக்க. சுற்றுசூழல் மாசுபடுவதை குறைக்க. நமது பெட்ரோல் செலவை குறைக்க. மானிய விலையில் கிடைக்கும் மின்சார வாகனங்களுக்கு மாறுவோம்.
